  Items that are produced on demand or custom-made are not eligible for returns or refunds. These are tailored specifically to your order and cannot be resold.
• Discounted and Sale Items:
  Products purchased using a discount code or during sales are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Return Costs:
  Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items.

3. Return Process
